MINERAL WATER
Surgiva water flows from the huge glaciers that surround the unspoiled Nambrone Valley, situated between the Genova Valley and Madonna di Campiglio, within the naturally protected park of Adammello Brenta. The alpine glacial water springs from a rock vein at Pra dell'Era, a peak in the Adamello Alps, and is bottled in the nearby town of Carisolo, Trentino. The water emerges from the spring at a constant temperature of 6.9°C. Surgiva is classified as minimally mineralized, with TDS (total dissolved solids) of only 41 mg per litre, one of the lowest in Italy. Suggested food matches: Still, seafood and soft cheese; Sparkling, chicken or salad.
Low in mineral content. No trace of chemical pollutants. Surgiva lightly sparkling mineral water may have diuretic effects. Microbiologically pure. Recommented for those on low sodium diets

The oil extravergine of olive Stilla d.o.p. "Colline Salernitane" is produced in the geographic area that goes from Positano to Paestum. 
It is obtained from cultivar Rotondella, Carpellese, Frantoio and Nostrale, follows the rigor disciplining of d.o.p production.
Yielded sweet with light bitter and piccante sentore, it goes preferibilmente consumed raw.

Guaranteed from Ministry of the Alimentary and Forest Agricultural Policies according to of art. the 10 of Regulations (CE) 510/2006.
The olive oil Stilla, from the delicate taste, is a mix  of olive refined withl extravergine oil. 
Ideal for all the uses in kitchen. The various formats cover all the requirements of the consumers.

The oil of sansa (pomace) Stilla is a mix of oil of sansa and refined with virgin oil. Ideal for all kitchens.

THE TOMATOES
WHOLE PEELED TOMATO GR. 3000
It deals with tomatoes long type without skins with addition of tomato juice.
The raw material comes, exclusively, from Italian farms which all belong to an entirely checked and traced food chain (certified under the rule UNI 22005:2008 of DNV with certificate n°CERT-515-2005-APC-NPL-SINCERT).

In order to the consumer safeguard and to supply productions of certified quality to the consumers, the tomato used comes all from crops which make use of the method of “Integrated Pest Management” ensuring a possible medium pesticides residual less than 30% of the limit allowed by the Italian law (Product Certification with DNV Certificate n°CERT-0067-2002-PC-NPL-SINCERT).
PIZZA SAUCE POMOPIZZA GR.5000
It deals with peeled tomatoes, round type, reduced in little pieces, partially dripped from the seeds, trough a process of extrution obtained with specific plants.
The raw material comes, exclusively, from Italian farms which all belong to an entirely checked and traced food chain (certified under the rule UNI 22005:2008 of DNV with certificate n°CERT-515-2005-APC-NPL-SINCERT).

DURUM SEMOLINA FOR DRY PASTA
Usually, semolina is utilized to produce dry pasta (spaghetti, macaronis etc) and as the Rimacinata (Reground Semolina),it is obtained by processing durum wheat. Both products are also used to prepare a pasta having a better consistency, the only disadvantage of these products is a very long baking time (even 20 minutes). It can be used as such or mixed with “00” Pasta d’Oro® to improve the kneading process and reduce the baking time.

GREEN CASTELVETRANO
Castelvetrano Olives are Italy’s preferred snack olive, choosen three to one over the next olive. These bright green gems, are a truly exceptional snack. Memorable and hard to find, Castelvetranos are produced exclusively in Castelvetrano, Sicily, from the olive variety known as nocellar del belice. Sogno Toscano partnered with a family in Sicily that produces some of the highest quality Castelvetrano Olives in the region. Sometimes referred to as the “rich man’s black olive,” they are easily recognized by their distinctive bright green hue and meaty, buttery flesh. NOSTRALINA TOSCANA PITTED
A company based in Tuscany, we needed a 100% Tuscan olive for our collection. After careful consideration, we selected the Leccino. Frequently used in Tuscan cuisine, the Leccino is pitted, rich in flavor and is a great way to add a bold dash of flavor to your favorite Italian recipe. We are very proud to share this olive with you, as these are the olives we grew up with in our family kitchen.
